Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange accept international orders. International orders are extended to 90 days.
Exchanges or Store Credit (if applicable)
If your order arrives damaged or defective we can only offer a replacement or store credit. Photo documentation will be required to process a return.
Please let us know if you need to exchange a damaged product for the same item OR if you would rather receive a store credit which you can use to purchase other products at our store.
